All prices exclude VAT and are starting prices based on transaction volume and bookkeeping complexity. Payment processor transactions and additional reconciliation requirements are assessed individually. Initial setup, historical bookkeeping corrections, annual personal income tax returns and specialist advisory services are quoted separately.
Essential - from €150/month
For freelancers with straightforward bookkeeping, a single business bank account, and standard VAT requirements.
Ideal if you invoice clients directly and receive payments into your business bank account.
Complete - from €225/month
For freelancers with more transactions, multiple bank accounts or payment platforms such as Stripe, Mollie or PayPal.
Includes additional reconciliation work for payment settlements, processing fees and refunds within agreed limits.

Both packages include Jortt, giving you access to your invoices, financial reports and accounting records whenever you need them.
Transparent pricing
Your monthly fee depends on transaction volume, the number of bank accounts, payment platforms and the complexity of your bookkeeping.
We'll review your current setup and agree a fixed fee before starting.
Annual personal income tax returns, bookkeeping cleanups, specialist VAT assessments and financial consultations are quoted separately.
