How quickly do you respond?
Within 2 business days, often the same day. We don't do the "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days" thing.
Do you work with everyone who applies?
No. We're selective about who we take on to maintain quality. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly and refer you to alternatives.
What's your capacity like?
We take on 2-3 new clients per quarter. If we're at capacity, we'll let you know upfront and can add you to a waitlist if you'd like.
How does onboarding work?
After our intro call, we'll send you a proposal. Once you're ready, we'll spend 2-4 weeks setting up or cleaning up your books properly, then transition to ongoing monthly support.
Do you only work with Dutch businesses?
We work with international founders who have a Dutch ZZP or BV, but your business must be registered in the Netherlands.
What if I'm not sure I can afford you?
Let's talk. We give clear pricing upfront, and if our services don't fit your budget right now, we can suggest alternatives or a phased approach.
