GG Financial Consulting B.V.

Article 1. Definitions
Client
A business entity (e.g. BV, Eenmanszaak) or individual who receives services from GG Financial Consulting.
GG Financial Consulting B.V.
Service provider registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 99041081, offering financial consulting, bookkeeping, and tax support.
B.V.
Besloten Vennootschap, or private limited company in the Netherlands.
Eenmanszaak
Sole proprietorship, also referred to as ZZP.
Freelancer Plan
A fixed-fee service package designed for Dutch freelancers and sole traders.
Bespoke Services
Customised finance services for B.V.s and business owners, typically charged on an hourly or project basis.
Notice period
One full calendar month from the date of cancellation notification.
Start date
The date on which services begin, as confirmed in writing.
Invoice
A payment request issued by GG Financial Consulting in relation to provided or agreed-upon services.
Belastingdienst
The Dutch tax office.
Article 2. Scope of Services
GG Financial Consulting B.V. provides financial services including, but not limited to:
Bookkeeping and VAT returns
Income tax filing
Financial management for B.V.s
Business structuring and strategy advice
Financial health reviews and coaching
Services are tailored to the scope agreed with the client. Clients remain responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information.
Article 3. Communication
Communication is conducted in English unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for monitoring their email accounts for updates or reminders.
GG Financial Consulting is not liable for consequences resulting from unread or delayed client responses.
Article 4. Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices are issued either monthly or upon project completion, depending on the service type.
Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
Late payments incur statutory interest and may result in service suspension.
Clients are responsible for ensuring funds are available to meet payment deadlines.
Failed or late payments more than 30 days past due may incur administrative surcharges and external collection fees.
GG Financial Consulting reserves the right to terminate services for repeated late payments.
Article 5. Cancellations and Termination
Ongoing services (e.g. monthly bookkeeping) may be cancelled with one full calendar month’s notice.
One-off and project-based services cannot be cancelled after work has started.
GG Financial Consulting reserves the right to terminate any engagement for non-payment, misconduct, or lack of cooperation.
Article 6. Liability
GG Financial Consulting B.V. is not liable for financial losses arising from incorrect or late information provided by the client.
We are not liable for third-party software errors, tax office decisions, or penalties arising from late or inaccurate data supplied by the client.
Article 7. Confidentiality
All client data and documentation are treated as confidential and stored securely. We do not share information with third parties unless legally required or with your consent.
Article 8. Use of Software
Where applicable, we may use third-party software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Exact). The client remains responsible for providing and verifying the accuracy of data input unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 9. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. No refunds are issued for work already completed or in progress. Intake or consultation fees are non-refundable.
Article 10. Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements and services are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 11. Data Protection
GG Financial Consulting B.V. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our privacy policy is available here. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.
Article 12. Changes to Terms
GG Financial Consulting B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of changes via email or publication on our website. The latest version will always apply.
